Darrell Crouch brings decades of football knowledge and leadership to lineman training, making him an outstanding mentor for young athletes. A former offensive lineman at Illinois State University, Crouch built a strong foundation in the game through years of collegiate competition and coaching. After his playing career, he dedicated himself to developing student-athletes, serving as head coach at both Eureka College and Washington Community High School.

Over nearly two decades at Washington, he led one of the state's most successful football programs while earning a reputation for discipline, integrity, and player development. Crouch's experience coaching at both the college and high school levels gives him a unique understanding of the skills, techniques, and mindset required to succeed in the trenches. Through lineman training, he helps athletes improve their fundamentals, build confidence, and prepare for the next level of competition while emphasizing teamwork, accountability, and hard work.
